Roots & Rise Talent Agency is built on a simple belief: real success in the entertainment industry comes from hard work, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the people behind the music. Founded with a focus on long-term development over short-term gain, Roots & Rise is more than an agency, it’s a collective dedicated to uplifting artists while staying grounded in strong, family-driven values.
Representing a diverse roster of talent across the country, R&R bridges genres and scenes with intention and authenticity. From the high-energy pulse of dubstep, trap, and experimental bass to the groove-driven sounds of funk, hip hop, and electro, the agency embraces the full spectrum of modern electronic music. At the same time, it proudly supports live musicianship through psychedelic rock, soul, country rock, jam bands, and even acoustic blues—creating a well-rounded and dynamic network of artists.
At its core, Roots & Rise Talent Agency is about building something meaningful—developing artists the right way, fostering genuine relationships, and creating opportunities that elevate everyone involved. With deep roots in community and a constant drive to rise higher, the agency stands as a trusted partner for artists looking to grow with purpose
